This is a good-faith, plain-English starter agreement — not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by qualified counsel and adjust the operator, jurisdiction, and contact details before a public launch.

By using LOVE Studio Pro (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

What the app is

The app helps you create original music, voiceovers, and cover art with AI, and narrate public-domain Scripture. Output is AI-assisted and generated on demand; the app does not cache generations.

Your content & ownership

You own the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, the creations you generate. Your use of AI outputs is also subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
You are responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to infringe copyright — including uploading or reproducing copyrighted recordings or lyrics. The reference feature analyses a linked track’s objective, non-copyrightable style parameters only; it does not copy melody, lyrics, or a specific artist’s voice.
Don’t generate unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing material, or content that misrepresents AI output as Scripture or as another person.
Don’t attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or abuse the generation endpoints, or circumvent rate limits and access controls.
Don’t use the app to impersonate real people or clone real voices.

Scripture & faith content

Scripture in the app is quoted verbatim from public-domain translations (e.g. the World English Bible and King James Version) from a fixed corpus; the AI never rewrites verse text. Music, artwork, and narration are AI-assisted creations — offered as devotional and creative aids, not as Scripture, doctrine, or spiritual authority, and not a substitute for the Bible, your church, or pastoral guidance. Copyrighted translations are not enabled for AI generation.

AI limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. Review everything before relying on or publishing it. The app is a creative tool, not professional, legal, medical, or spiritual advice.

Service “as is”

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Generation depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable, delayed, or change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or modify/discontinue the app at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
